Physical Plant Facilities
Our plant facility includes a complete pattern shop and pattern storage facilities which contain 20,000 square feet, a foundry which contains 34,000 square feet and a machine shop which contains 13,000 square feet.

Melting Facilities
We have induction melting furnaces with heat range capacities from 200 to 3,000 pounds.  Our furnaces are powered by three solid state
units.

Casting Range and Molding Types
We can produce metal castings for industry anywhere from 1 to 2,500 pounds, in quantities from 1 to 1,000 pieces or more. At Southern Alloy we utilize floor, cope and drag, and flaskless no-bake molding types.
